Cancellation and Refund Policy for Meekins Senior Shuttle

At Meekins Senior Shuttle, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our passengers’ needs to the best of our abilities. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice:
    1. If you provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip, we will apply 40% of the fare towards a future trip.
    2. The remaining 60% of the fare will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  2. Less Than 24-Hour Notice:
    1. If you cancel your trip with less than 24-hour notice or fail to show up for your scheduled trip, no refund will be provided, and the full fare will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  3. Refund Process:
    1. To request a refund or reschedule your trip based on the 24-hour notice policy, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us at 904.345.0572 or info@meekinsseniorshuttle.com.
    2. Refunds for cancellations made with 24-hour notice will be processed within 3 (three) business days.
    3. The credit for rescheduled trips will be applied to your Meekins Senior Shuttle account and can be used towards any future bookings with us.

Exceptions:

  • In cases of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control that necessitate trip cancellations, we will review requests for refunds and rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
  • If we have to cancel a trip for any reason, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

We recommend passengers plan their trips carefully and provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. This will help us better serve all our passengers and provide the best possible transportation services.

Please note that this cancellation and refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Meekins Senior Shuttle. Any updates or modifications to the policy will be communicated to passengers in a timely manner.
